When documents with handwritten signatures are returned, by surface mail or fax, they must be manually checked and registered in an application. The paper document is then physically archived. For each signatory it is possible to select the required level of authentication e.g. One-Time-Password with SMS or email, PKI, or Facebook Id. The signed document can automatically be uploaded into a business application, to avoid manual handling and archiving.
